Returning Families:

STEPS:

1. Complete the Renewal Form
2. Working Copy of the Learning Plan is required. (*assistance with this process is available throughout the summer. We invite you to start the learning plan by working through our template, Building a Home Education Learning Plan.)
3. Copies of any relevant documentation, including copies of IPP’s or any recent special education assessments

SUBMIT completed registration documentation in one of the following manners:
